Key ecommerce data
71.4% total ecommerce growth
in the whole of North America came from the 12 largest retailers. Collectively, their online sales rose by 56.3% in 2020.
83% of consumers
bought at least 1 item within the last half a year because of a coupon – with 63% of them being first-time customers.

the estimated growth of total retail sales in 2021, which would account for between $4.44 trillion and $4.56 trillion, according to the National Retail Federation. This would be the fastest growth since 1984.
