45% of British consumers

said that next-day delivery would make them more likely to shop with a brand, despite only 66% of retailers offering this service.

8,500 consumers

were asked their most important ecommerce attribute and they responded with “fast delivery.”

37% of ecommerce shoppers

in China have made a purchase during a livestream. With a market value of $60 billion, livestream ecommerce is continuing to grow across the US.

in North American revenue for Amazon during the second quarter, boosted by Prime Day yet constrained by last year’s digital boom.
