Crispier and Fizzier with UV’s Latest Project Launch

Crispier and Fizzier with UV’s Latest Project Launch

What is the one common factor that ties together world-class coffee, crisp and crunchy chips, and fresh fizzing soda?

The answer: a tech consultancy called United Virtualities.

Crispier and Fizzier with UV’s Latest Project LaunchOver the last four months we have launched four projects with Propac, one of United Virtualities’ oldest and closest clients, thanks to our team that included Alejandro Illes, JJ, Damian Carrizo, Victor Betancohurt, and Elias Ibarra.

The projects that were built by our teams were promo LPs with registrations to participate in competitions, with the opportunity to win prizes. Although we’re unable to disclose the actual names of the brands that we bolstered, by our own calculations, there is a 99% chance that you have put at least one of their products in your mouth, and a 99.99% chance of recognizing their names.

Full disclosure: while we do not have any trained statisticians currently working in our offices — or their own homes — we have a certain level of cultural capital to know what are household names!

The brands in questions were challenged with the integration of registration forms with an external API. “We had to find a workaround to get this done,” said Alejandro Illes, Technical Project Manager at United Virtualities, “and so we worked as a team and led the external API to make it work as we needed.”

And working with Propac made communicating between our teams seamless and getting the work done smoother, because we’ve built many projects together. In fact we know each other so well that we can even finish each other’s…

“Propac is a very old client of ours”, continued Alejandro. “We’ve been working together for around eight years so we have a great client relationship with them.

“We ran into some specific issues during the project which we managed to overcome. All projects have unforeseen niggles and obstacles, and we were well prepared for them. For the Propac project we made sure that we maintained constant communication regarding the management of expectations about the integration of this API.”

And in the end, after four and a half months of straight development, they were very happy with the outcome. The sites are great. The buttons are smooth. And their customers have already started to land on the promo pages!

A toast to everyone involved!
