What happens when you mix intelligence with agility and personalization? Well, we’re about to find out because the headless and agile content management system Contentful has teamed up with the intelligence platform Conscia.
They recently announced a partnership in parallel with the launch of a new app, Unify.
The Unify app provides an API response for the front-end to consume, enabling a composable architecture for all digital channels.
Using Conscia, it has the ability to unify customer data as well as content from various systems through a data pipeline and then enrich, tag, and classify this data before channeling it through APIs.
This empowers the people that create personalized content experiences across all digital channels.
“Contentful is a leader in evangelizing the headless approach of delivering content to digital applications,” said Sana Remekie, CEO of Conscia. “We’re proud to partner with Contentful to offer multi-space and multi-source content orchestration to its customers and are really excited to bring Unify to market.”
Many of the customers of Contentful are increasingly putting their focus into digital endeavors are increasingly putting their attention into digital endeavors, which in turn is growing the demand for sophisticated tech in order to achieve this.
This tech includes CDPs, PIMs, analytics platforms, recommendation engines, and headless ecommerce platforms.
Placed on top of the architecture of Contentful, Unify provides a no-code way to assemble personalized and localized experience across all channels, and strengthening the digital supply chain.
Tagged to the quick ability of Contentful to deliver content around the world through all digital channels is Unify’s ability to federate content, both from siloes enterprise apps and legacy apps and deliver it to Contentful’s infrastructure.
“Unify is very much in line with Contentful’s vision of breaking down organizational silos and serving as a centralized content platform to power continuous and connected experiences across channels,” said Kevin Zellmer, the VP of partnerships at Contentful.
“We are very impressed with Conscia’s ability to simplify and democratize a process that typically requires significant cost and time.”
More than 30% of the Fortune 500 rely on Contentful to power their digital content. The secret to its success perhaps lies in the fact that many organizations are undergoing challenging redesigns to its content strategy using GraphQL back-ends, app integration platforms such as MuleSoft, and other home-grown solutions.
This approach, though on the money, tends to be very expensive, very complicated, and very code-heavy. This combination also increases limitations in performance.
This is the space that Unify is set to work in – to structure bespoke architecture to fit the challenges of making digital experiences.
