

The Berlin-based headless content management system Contentful recently hosted the 2021 Fast Forward virtual conference, the 3-day event from November 3-5.
The conference came around amid a year of accelerated growth in ecommerce and corresponding digital investment.
The conference heard firsthand from Contentful’s customers and partners who shared best practices when it comes to building content-driven experiences – from customers including GitHub, Staples, and Wayfair.

For Contentful, they have expanded their platform over the last 12 months in order to provide digital teams with the ability to speed up the time of development of apps, services, and products.
Among its developments include new features (app hosting and sharing) that help to share apps and update apps that are external to the marketplace of Contentful.
Customers of Contentful now have the option to distribute their apps across the marketplace as well as be able to monetize their IP of custom apps.
