What do Malcolm Gladwell, Rachel Botsman, Dan Levy, Serena Williams, and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla have in common?
Yes they’re all humans. That currently live on Earth. And excel in their own fields. But that’s pretty broad and could group millions of people.
One thing that uniquely ties them, and only them, together is that they are all guest speakers at the upcoming Adobe Summit, that is to take place online April 27-29, which will attempt to forge the future of customer experience.
So as we run head first into next week’s summit, it’s now the ideal time to talk about some of the key highlights to look forward to from some of the world’s biggest and well-known brands.
From the power of personalization and data dives to artificial intelligence and content creation, the summit attempts to arm your skills and creativity for building better.
1. The latest trends in customer experience
Trends, by their nature, come and go – infinitum – yet few years have had such a fundamental influence on us commercially than 2020. And so the Adobe Summit comes at a time of such a seismic shift in commerce.
Adobe has organized just over 250 sessions as well as training workshops that will bring together game-changing innovation for brands that want to build elevated experiences.
“Driving demand during Covid is top-of-mind for a lot of businesses,” said Alexandra Quick, a product marketing manager at Adobe. “That’s a subject we’re attacking head-on with a dedicated session.”
Overall, participants at the summit can expect a “huge emphasis on digital marketing,” added Alexandra.
“In the case of digital commerce, 2020 has been an incredible year for growth,” said Shannon Hane, senior product marketing manager for commerce at Adobe. And this growth has been witnessed across both B2C as well as B2B.
At the summit, brands and retailers will be able to learn “how people are managing that growth and adapting their commerce capabilities and experiences to this new environment.”
2. Doses of inspiration from the world’s top brands
Truly an international event, the Adobe Summit pulls together experts and expertise in tech, education, sports, retail, financial services, and much more. Among the subjects touched upon and delved into will include:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Content creation
- Personalization
- Trends and inspiration
- Digital commerce
- The developer ecosystem
- Analytics and insights
- Campaign management
- Collaborative work management
- The Adobe Experience Platform
- B2B marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
3. Discover best practices and new techniques and products
Perhaps you’re a B2C who is wanting to recreate your store experiences on your website, to close the gap between the two and strengthen your brand’s continuity. Maybe you’re a B2B who is looking to smoothen the purchasing process.
The best practices in whatever industry you’re in will be demonstrated and hopefully spark some interest and insight into your next big steps forwards.
Learn about the latest in automation, progressive web apps, 3D visuals… you name it, it’ll be up for discussion.
Plus the summit is going to reveal brand new features for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)!
“We’re going to showcase the innovations that we’re launching this year,” said Vebeka Guess, product marketing manager, “that give customers and brands the ability to make those experiences happen in a more agile, personalized way on every channel.”
4. Meet Adobe experts and like-minded peers
After a year of isolation wouldn’t it be nice to connect with like-minded people across the world? The summit has networking activities built into its event.
“It’s not just the content that draws people to Summit,” added Vebeka, “but the ability to network and interact with experts at Adobe, and also your peers. People come to Summit to learn from each other as well as from Adobe.”
One of these initiatives is Braindate, Adobe’s interactive networking platform that will get you connected and interacting with the summit’s attendees.
5. A (free) summit for all
Because the summit is both free and online, Adobe Summit 2021 is the most accessible conference ever to come from Adobe. And this represents an excellent opportunity for Adobe users to connect, those who haven’t been able to have the opportunity to join a summit.
