CMS Contentful’s Compose + Launch Apps

Contentful is one of the leading content management systems in the industry and recently added to its capabilities through two additional apps on Compose + Launch.

These two apps extend Contentful’s in-house capabilities that can be utilized by content teams.

Because customers engage with brands primarily through digital experiences, each of these experiences has to be delivered fast and with high quality. CMS Contentful’s Compose + Launch Apps

In order to meet rising customer expectations across more and more digital channels, businesses must rise to the challenge to create, manage, and publish more and more quality content.

Contentful’s Compose + Launch provide brands the ability to meet these increased demands.

The apps let authors and editors deliver content without having to rely on software developers to complete content tasks.

All those manual processes that consume so much time are automated, leaving teams to get on with other, more creative and challenging tasks.

“Not only are we a partner of Contentful’s, we are also a customer,” said Brian Fletcher, VP of technology at Huge. “As a leading global creative agency, we have the chance to work with lots of great platforms and tools, so when it came to building our own site, we had a lot of choices.

“We chose Contentful to build our own site because it allows our team to push boundaries and not be constrained by technology. Compose in particular allows us to quickly make the changes we want to in a very straightforward way and it has really streamlined our process. We look forward to extending these capabilities to our customers so they too can have access to this intuitive, flexible platform.”

With Compose, content teams have an easy-to-use interface to help them create and edit webpages.

With Launch, content teams can plan and schedule releases, with the ability to create content for one project or publish it in a flexible way, making it ideal for campaigns like new product announcements or Black Friday sales.

Together, Compose and Launch make content teams more independent so that they can schedule specific content for delivery across all channels. CMS Contentful’s Compose + Launch Apps

The end goal of these Contentful apps is to provide businesses with the power to build in collaborative ways more easily.

“Everyone who is involved in delivering digital experiences is a digital builder,” according to Contentful CEO Steve Sloan. “Compose + Launch enable content creators, writers and editors to work alongside developers quickly and independently. These are powerful, extensible tools that boost productivity and speed, so companies can create compelling customer experiences.”

For those of you curious about price, Compose + Launch are both included in Contentful’s Enterprise tier at no extra cost. However, for customers in the Team tier, they can use Compose + Launch for $1,995 per month.
