    A digital experience that feels as luxurious online…

    Beginning with their first high-end coworking space in 1994, The Executive Centre has spent the last 25 years crafting working environments that foster success and connect ambitious professionals and industry leaders throughout the APAC region. With locations in Greater China, Southeast Asia, North Asia, India, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and Australia, The Executive Centre partners with its global network of clients to execute their vision and bring their goals to fruition via consistent support and unparalleled service. However, their premium product offerings were not being translated to their online presence, and so they reached out to us for help.

    • Elevate the digital experience for workspace customers 

    Despite producing a product that prides itself on being luxurious, the previous online experience for the executive center didn’t live up to these high standards, either online or via an app. The Executive Centre called on United Virtualities to design a new website that would clearly communicate their vision as a brand, demonstrating their commitment to detail and obsession with excellence.

    • Keep the user experience consistent across 10 countries and 6 languages 

    The new site needed to support 6 languages and 10 regional sites, but remain easily managed by a single global team. Despite the proximity of the countries in the region, cultures vary widely (ie. China and Australia), and therefore it is crucial that this global team can easily supervise permissions for Regional teams to create their own content. In China’s case in particular, many of the services that were intended to be used (maps, payment gateways, videos, images and resources) were blocked, or the performance made slower.

    To streamline and simplify the reservation process, we developed a rebanded mobile app to easily see availability, book rooms, cancel or modify reservations, and much more. In addition to the basic booking utility, app users can get a sneak peek into their potential workspace with a photo gallery, receive push notifications with reminders of their reservations, leverage keyless entry, and participate in community messaging.

    Crafted to present clear and concise information about services to clients, as well as generate income and process the purchases for their offices, United Virtualities took full creative control and designed new wireframes and U/X of the site.

     

    United Virtualities developed a custom ecommerce solution which allows users to book virtual offices and coworking spaces. With visitors from all the different TEC locations, the site needed to detect the country of origin of each visitor and process the payments with multiple platforms. We currently have 5 different payment gateways integrated to the site: Stripe, WeChatPay, Alipay, Xendit, and PayTM.

     

    Chosen to promote conversions on the site, Olark is a chat app that links users with TEC sales agents from the country where the user expressed interest via geolocation and customization. When agents are connected, users are offered the availability of live chat, allowing TEC to start conversations with potential new clients.
